 HI this week for maths we are doing probability.

House of Bricks

 

My favorite Lego activity was the car racing because you had to go back and work on it to make it better.

My least favorite Lego activity was the mosaic because you had to draw pictures and take off the bricks with a thing.

The activity that tested my perseverance the most was the car raising because you really wanted to win.

The most challenging activity was passing the bricks because you had to switch up and try to make  other people’s and when your project comes you don't know what to get.

I enjoyed working collaboratively with others because other people had ideas that I would never think of and they helped out so much.

 HI this week for writing we are doing persuasive writing. persuasive writing is starting an argument you always start with a rhetorical question. And throughout the story you use different sentence's like coplex compound and simple I hope you enjoy my story.

Don’t you want to have a clean world? Did you know that America alone throws away 22 billion bottles a year. And 2.5 million per hour and that can go around the earth 4 times knowing that is not good.

 Did you know that There are 5.25 trillion pieces of plastic in our oceans? Every day around 8 million pieces of plastic find its way in our oceans.

500 billion plastic bags are used worldwide Every year, Americans reportedly throw away 100 billion plastic grocery bags.

So if you litter the world would not be good. So we can’t litter so that is why we should not litter. I hope you are persuaded by me.

 hi this week for my math I did a pick a path the first thing you do is you get an equation. And 
wright the correct answer and put it below the equation and link the right bit on and then you think of one that sounds the same. But it is not and link it wrong this was our goal for the week Goal:Use multiplication and division strategies to find fractions of whole numbers.

Tumu B-days

Hello today I did 2 graphs and they where bar graphs and line graphs.This was my goal for the week display data using a stem and leaf graph, choose an appropriate data, display using more than one variable, interpret information from graphs plan an investigation.It was really fun and entertaining the first step was 1. make a copy. 2.place in maths folder 3. settings - anyone with the link. 4. create 2 different graphs 5. copy over to google drawing. 6. Link google drawing to task completion and that was all of the steps to make a bar and line graph what type of graph would you do?

 

Trip recount

 On Thursday the 20th of may 2021 me and my hub went to Margaret mayhe  family playground I went to Victoria square  and I did the waka and we learned about Margaret mayhe playground there is is a song carved into the ground and there is some dogs and ells there to we also learned about the mats and that they all mean something at victoria square we saw the poe and we drawed a picture of the Poe and did the  tour of the square next we went to Margaret mayhe and we went  and learnt about the park of how a author owns the park and all the carvings in the ground  and we copied some carving in the ground then we went to the mats we learnt that all of them mean something and then I went to feed the els and one of them almost took my spoon then I did the waka we went like he ha he ha and  when we went under the bridge we did it really loud and fast when we got to the end the guy that was sterling splashed me after that we got play and eat then it was time to go my favourite part of the trip was the waka because I did the he ha and it hurt  something I learnt was that the Victoria square had a 6 meter Poe The thing I found the most interesting was the Victoria square because it had a lot of interesting facts the trip This trip has helped me with my PBL because It had some really cool arts and moari culture.
